Our process starts with speaking with AJ, our Recruiter Researcher via phone. If both parties feel a further conversation is beneficial, you will come in onsite to the SIG office and meet with the one of the founders, Rachel Shen for an in-depth conversation about who you are & what you are looking for.
You will have ample opportunity to explore the role and what the day to day looks like as an individual contributor as well as what it is like to be a part of the SIG team.
